I am qualified in Clinical Supervision and can offer one to one supervision sessions to Counsellors/Therapists.
I believe in simply offering a supportive, collaborative and safe place for clinical supervision. My focus is primarily on safeguarding your clients, working with you to empower and enable, so you can grow in your practice. My approach is warm and collaborative, with a strong ethical framework.
I work with the BACP code of ethics and draw from the Seven-Eyed Supervision model (developed by Peter Hawkins and Robin Shohet in 1985) as well as my own experience in clinical practice.
I can offer online or in-person one to one sessions or a mix of both.
I know myself, just how important it is to find the right supervisor. To find the right balance of support and growth.
